Mother Lee Etta VanZandt is a third generation member of the Church of God in Christ. She is the daughter of the late Pastor Woodrow Jones & Mother Gladys Paige Jones of Mansfield Ohio. Mother VanZandt is the fifth child of fifteen.

She received the Lord at the age of eight during a revival conducted by Mother Dorothy Exume in Ohio. At the age of twelve she was the Junior Church Missionary under the leadership of Elder Louis G. Maddox. She later became the recording secretary for the Ohio North Department of Sunday School at the age of thirteen and served faithfully for seven years.

By the age of fifteen she attended the Saints Junior College in Lexington, Mississippi. She later matriculated at Ohio State University where a B.S. degree in Education was conferred. She also attended Four Square Bible College in Ohio.

Mother VanZandt conducted her first revival at the age of seventeen for the Youth Pastor of Diamond Street Church of God in Christ in Mansfield, Ohio (who is now Bishop Jerome Ross of the Full Gospel Fellowship). She served as the Assistant youth Chairlady for the Lady-Mansfield District and Program Chairperson under Mother Sarah Thompson.

1971 - 1972 She served as the District Missionary under the leadership of the late Mother L. Butler in Omaha, Nebraska
1972 - Presently, she serves on as a member of the National Evangelist Board
1973 - 1982 She served as the State Sunday School Representative for Central Missouri
1975 - 1978 Served as Policy Chairperson for Kansas City School District
1979 - 1987 Member of Women's Department Prayer Warriors under Mother Elsie Shaw
1985 - Present Member of National Women's Department Inspirational Team
1990 - Present Sergeant at Arms for the General Assembly of Church of God in Christ
1995 - Founder & President of Oasis of Love Ministries
1996 - Administrator of Women's Department for Brazil Jurisdiction, South America
1999 - Appointed Jurisdictional Supervisor of Women for Brazil Jurisdiction, South America
1999-2001 Instructor of Intercessory Prayer Clinic for Bishop G. E. Patterson's Soul Winners Conference
2000- Appointed to Executive Board of Women's Department by General Supervisor Mother Willie Mae Rivers
2002- Appointed Jurisdictional Supervisor of Women for Maryland Eastern Shore Jurisdiction
Currently Mother VanZandt serves as a member of the International Department of Missions Home & Foreign Executive Board.

She is an instructor for Mission/Evangelism at the AIM Convention. She is also a participating team member of the International Department of Mission's Youth on a Mission Program. She is the President of Children Across America.

Mother VanZandt is married to Superintendent Benjamin VanZandt since 1962. They are the humbly proud parents of Elaine, Benjamin, List, Chavar, Aimee, Roshon and Yolanda, 'special daughters' Marilyn and Rolanda, two godsons, Pastor Raymond Powell and Bishop Frederick Allen, fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is the Co-Pastor of Monument of Love Church of God in Christ in Vienna, Maryland.
She is a International Evangelist and has traveled all continents preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus of Christ.
