Dear Servant of the Lord,

It is with joy that I commend you and your family to the Lord's work as Missionaries to South Africa. The people have made great progress since their liberation throughout the country. Your presence there, as a family, will represent and emerging kind of visibility for the Church of God in Christ.

I feel that you will represent the Church well during your tenture there, and that your service will demonstrate to the church and to the world the call of God upon your life, and your obedience to His call.
